1.    Helmholtz Leadership Academy online: "Effective Leadership in Uncertain Times”

The next instalment of our online format "Effective Leadership in Uncertain Times" will take place on November 5 and 10, this time discussing conversation management:

Wichtige Grundlagen, Tipps und Handreichungen für schwierige Gespräche mit Mitarbeitenden, Peers und der eigenen Führungskraft.

Participation is limited to 18 people. Please register only, if you can attend both sessions. Thank you. To prepare for the two sessions, you should plan about 60 minutes.

2.    International study on parenthood and career progression in STEMM
What impact does parenthood have on the career progression of students and professionals in STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Medicine)? The French non-profit organization "Mothers in Science" is leading an international research project aimed at understanding how parenthood affects the career advancement of people working in these fields.

So make sure to participate in the survey today! It is open to people of all genders, with or without children.
