Technology Transfer
When it comes to technology transfer, our primary objective is to take crucial steps forward with regard to putting research findings, data, and technologies into practical application, starting at a low level of application maturity through to the point at which these findings are usable by target groups in society and business.
Through internal funding programs and event formats, we support researchers as well as innovation and transfer managers at the Helmholtz Centers in assessing the transfer potential of research findings and – where the prospects are good – in developing them to application readiness. These programs range from raising awareness of transferable topics to funding spin-off and validation projects.
