Helmholtz Investigator Groups

Funding is at least 300,000 euros p.a. for five years. If the evaluation is positive after 4 years, the group leader receives an offer of a permanent position at the Helmholtz Center.

The group leaders receive professional skills training by the Helmholtz Leadership Academy. Helmholtz Investigator Groups are generally established together with a German university partner.
