Leading with Impact
The program focuses on the contribution and special nature of leadership in science-oriented organization.
The participants learn about leadership as a key success factor within science, reflect current leadership trends and different fields of action of leadership practice. Exploring options for effective team management is part of the curriculum as well as getting to know different forms of decision-making and working on change management capabilities. The participants work with different models of strategy development and develop their own strategy further. Furthermore, the participants learn and reflect skills and tools for effective time and energy management, work on their own challenging leadership situations and get feedback from their peers.
REQUIREMENTS: For international executives in science, administration and infrastructure who may or may not lead other executives. This includes department heads in the scientific or administrative field, heads of infrastructure facilities and larger project as well as program and topic speakers.
Structure: 4 camps (2.5 days each) and 3 online modules (2 hours each), program length: 10 months
