The Helmholtz Network

With a specific network offer, we promote the cohesion and cooperation of our talents in various programs. Employees at various career levels from the fields of research and administration can participate.

For example, our scientists and managers exchange ideas at events and digital platforms, where they also network with external experts from around the world. A special highlight is the annual Leadership Lab, where more than 100 managers from the Helmholtz Association meet.

The networking opportunities are aimed at current and former participants of the Helmholtz Leadership Academy and the Mentoring Program as well as grantees of the Initiative and Networking Fund. They are open to both our employees from science and their colleagues from administration.
