The programs of the Helmholtz Academy are divided into two central learning elements: On the one hand, the face-to-face modules (camps) and, on the other hand, digital units that take place at the start and end of the program.

In order for participants to benefit intensively from these programs, it is important that they are open to new impulses: In the group, they will reflect on their role as a leader and develop their leadership skills. The staggered attendance dates offer them the opportunity to apply what they have learned in practice and then to discuss their experiences.

In terms of content, the participants prepare themselves independently for the camps.
