13 3.9 OVERVIEW OF COMMON PHD FUNDING POSSIBILITIES PhD contract (Doktorandenvertrag) Scientist contract (Wissenschaftlervertrag) Stipend/ scholarship Purpose/ obligations Funds directly the work related to your PhD project.
