Funding for validation projects in the transfer campaign
The funding concept of "pathfinder projects", also known as "campaigns", adopted in 2020, promotes forward-looking cross-cutting research topics with funding from the Initiative and Networking Fund. The third campaign is dedicated to further strengthening the Helmholtz Association's transfer activities.
The funding concept of "pathfinder projects", also known as "campaigns", adopted in 2020, promotes forward-looking cross-cutting research topics with funding from the Initiative and Networking Fund. The third campaign is dedicated to further strengthening the Helmholtz Association's transfer activities, focusing on three instruments:
- Validation Projects
- Helmholtz Transfer Academies
- Project Complement to the Innovation Platforms from the Pact Growth
The central objective of the validation projects in the transfer campaign is to close the gap between idea and application. The financial support is intended to enable scientists from Helmholtz centers to validate research results to the extent that an increase in value and commercializability is achieved.
Submission of main proposals is by invitation - after successful pre-proposal phase - latest by 09.12.2022.
