In addition to the development programs realized through the Helmholtz Academy and the Helmholtz Mentoring Program, the Helmholtz Association also offers flexible development and peer learning opportunities to its leaders and aspiring leaders in research and management.
These opportunities are designed to complement the portfolio of development programs realized through the Helmholtz Academy and the Helmholtz Mentoring Program, thus they are mostly designed for participants and alumni of the above mentioned programs as well as current and former recipients of funding from the Initiative and Networking Fund.
Annual reunions, tailored development offers as well as digital platforms provide program alumni and participants with plenty of opportunities to continue their personal development and further grow their professional network, both within the Helmholtz Association and beyond. A special highlight is the annual Leadership Lab – an all-day networking event that brings together participants and alumni of the Helmholtz Academy from across all cohorts and centers.
