Technical Infrastructure
Large-scale research sometimes requires large-scale research equipment. A key component of the Helmholtz Association’s mission consists of developing, constructing, and operating research facilities for users from around the world. From accelerators, to ships, to airplanes, to satellites – we use and develop the very latest technology here at Helmholtz. Over ten thousand external scientists from more than thirty countries use the Helmholtz Association’s research facilities each year.
We are continually looking for experts who can work on these complex systems and will join us to jointly shape the future.
