Senior Scientists

Scientists with leadership responsibilities have the opportunity of joining the Helmholtz Leadership Academy. Furthermore, there are special programs for female scientists available. These Helmholtz Association programs complement the personnel development programs offered at the individual Helmholtz Centers.
