The workshop addresses everyone who wants to gain insights into the current methods and processes which underlie distributed systems and cyberinfrastructures. We will also perform hands on implementations and integrate distributed data in use cases.

EMBO Course on High-throughput RNAi
- Date: June 13-18, 2008

- Course is co-organized by Michael Boutros, coordinator of the technolgoy platforms
- Aim of this course is to provide practical training in the use of RNA interference (RNAi) methods in various biological systems. A particular focus will be on high-throughput RNAi screening approaches in human cells, and in model organisms such as Drosophila and C. elegans.
