MDC Researcher Izsvák Receives ERC Million Funding:

Dr Zsuzsanna Izsvák, head of a research group at the MDC, is awarded funding to the amount of 1.94 million Euro by the European Research Council (ERC) for her research in the field of so-called "jumping genes" (transposable elements or transposons). Including Dr Izsvák, a total of nine MDC researchers have been granted ERC funding.
