Helmholtz Equal Opportunities Programme "Taking the Lead"

In time for the International Women's Day on 8 March this year, "Taking the Lead", the Helmholtz mentoring programme for women, will be launching its invitation to tender. The programme addresses young female scientists and employees in administration or, respectively, infrastructure, who wish to take over more responsibility or aim for a leading position. 30 participants will be given the opportunity to participate in this one-year course. The 30 select participants will be mentored by experienced executives. In addition, they will be given the opportunity to attend workshops and receive coaching and they can network amongst each other.
